By downloading, installing, or using AiNexus, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the other notices we link from the site or app. You must be able to form a binding contract and follow applicable law and each chair’s own terms.
License (EULA for the desktop app)
AiNexus is a personal license: one person, max three live devices. Unlimited named rooms. Rooms stay on this computer and do not sync across computers. A second person needs their own license. Sharing a login is two people, two licenses. This section is the end-user license for the software you install.
Trial and price
Fourteen-day full trial. Then the days-left badge goes to pricing. $20 per person per month, or $200 per year. Continue leaves Connect and takes you Home. It is never Pay.
What you get
A room on this computer where Claude, Grok, Gemini*, and ChatGPT* can sit as themselves so you can direct handoffs you would otherwise do manually. AiNexus is not those services and does not recreate them.
Vendor terms (critical)
Your use of Claude, Grok, Gemini*, ChatGPT*, and any other chair is also governed by that vendor’s terms, usage policies, and brand rules. You agree to follow them. AiNexus only coordinates handoffs on this computer: it installs or opens the vendor’s own Sign in and official chair when you ask. You must not use AiNexus to (a) extract, copy, or reuse vendor sign-in or session tokens in another product, (b) access a vendor through unauthorized automation or a non-official client where their terms forbid it, (c) scrape or programmatically extract output in ways they prohibit, (d) bypass rate limits or safety measures, or (e) share account credentials between people. We do not promise that any vendor will allow every way you might want to use a chair. If their terms and these Terms conflict on their service, their terms control for that service.
Your accounts and content
Sign-in for each chair happens on that vendor’s own page. You keep those accounts and their bills. You are responsible for what you enter, import, export, or hand off, and for having the rights to use that content.
No warranties
Provided as-is, without warranties to the fullest extent allowed. We don’t promise uninterrupted service, perfect installs, or that any chair will always reply.
High-stakes use
Legal, medical, employment, housing, financial, insurance, education, migration, government, safety, and similar decisions need qualified human review. Do not use AiNexus as the only decision-maker there.
Limits
Liability limited to fees you paid in the prior twelve months. We aren’t liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages where the law lets us exclude them.
Suspension
We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law, or if a vendor blocks a chair.
Changes
We may update these Terms and post the new version on the site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them, unless the law requires more.
