AiNexus is a desktop room on this computer. Claude, Grok, Gemini*, and ChatGPT* sit as themselves. Sign-in is on their pages. We don’t mint API keys. Handoffs in the room are under your direction.
Where your room lives
The room stays on this computer. Local storage on this computer holds room state, preferences, and session data needed to run the desktop app. In v1 this is not a cloud sync product. We don’t run a cloud copy of your named rooms as the product.
What we may collect
- Account and contact info you give us for license, trial, or support.
- Payment records if you pay (we don’t store full card numbers).
- Support messages to chat@.
- Device, app, and license data needed to run the product.
- Local room state on your computer (rooms, who sat, preferences).
Chairs
Vendors process content only when you Sign in on their page or send content to a chair — including content you hand from one chair to another. That vendor processes it under their own terms and privacy policy. Do not submit secrets, payment-card data, health data, or others’ confidential data unless we expressly enable that use.
Use
License and trial, run the app, fix bugs, answer support, prevent abuse, meet the law. We do not sell personal information. Support may read mail sent to chat@. We don’t sit in your room.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold, or opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising if that ever applies. Children: not for under 13 (or 16 where required).
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, and to limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, email chat@ainexuschat.com. We will verify the request as the law allows. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Categories, sources, and purposes match the collection list above; we disclose to payment and support tools as needed to run the business.
