Product Description and AI Disclosure
AiNexus is a desktop app that seats Claude, Grok, Gemini*, and ChatGPT* as themselves in one room. They talk to you and each other. You talk to the table.
What the room does
You sit who you want. If they aren’t on this computer yet, the app installs that chair. Then you sign in on Claude, Grok, Gemini*, or ChatGPT* — whichever you sat — free or paid. If you don’t have an account yet, you make one on their sign-in page. AiNexus does not mint API keys and does not replace those bills.
Handoff is your work, coordinated
Passing a question, draft, or file from one chair to another is work you could do yourself by copying between their apps or sites. AiNexus keeps that handoff in one room, under your direction. It does not replace those services, speak for them, or decide for you.
What AiNexus is not
AiNexus is not an AI model and does not train, fine-tune, or recreate Claude, Grok, Gemini, Codex, ChatGPT, or any other vendor system. It is not a partner, reseller, API provider, marketplace, or representative of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, SpaceXAI, or any other vendor unless a separate written agreement says so.
Where things live
The room stays on this computer. In v1, chats are not a cloud sync product. Files they make stay in the room. You can download them.
Vendor terms and how chairs sit
Each chair is that vendor’s service under that vendor’s terms. You must follow OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and any other vendor terms that apply to your accounts. AiNexus opens that vendor’s own Sign in and sits their official chair on this computer under your direction. It does not mint API keys, does not pull subscription sign-in tokens into a separate custom client, does not scrape their websites as a fake app, and does not share one login across people. If a vendor only allows certain official apps or paid API access for a kind of use, that limit is yours to meet — AiNexus does not override it. A vendor may suspend a chair; that is between you and them.
Your responsibility
You stay responsible for every prompt, reply, handoff, and file before you rely on it or send it anywhere else. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. Review them yourself. High-stakes decisions need a qualified human.
