Third-Party Services and Brand Compliance Notice

Claude, Anthropic, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenAI, GPT, Gemini, Google, Grok, xAI, X, SpaceXAI, and related marks belong to their owners. AiNexus names them only so you can sit the chairs you already use and direct handoffs you would otherwise do manually across their apps. No sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, joint venture, or affiliation is claimed or implied. AiNexus is not a substitute for Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok’s own apps. Sitting a chair means that vendor’s Sign in and official chair on this computer — not a third-party token client.

Brand locks (public site, app, ads, store listings)

  • Product and company name stay AiNexus. Do not put vendor names in the product name, company name, app title, or domain.
  • AiNexus wordmark and four-tile mark come first and stay more prominent than any vendor name.
  • Plain-text chair names by default. No vendor logo strip. No vendor marks in the AiNexus icon.
  • Do not say “powered by,” “official,” “partner,” “certified by,” or “built with” those companies unless a written agreement says so.
  • AiNexus is not their reseller, API storefront, or substitute. It does not recreate their systems.
  • Accurate reference only. If a vendor requires changes to how we display their name, we will update.

  • ChatGPT, Codex, GPT, and OpenAI are trademarks of OpenAI.
  • Gemini and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.
  • Grok, xAI, and SpaceXAI are trademarks of their respective owners (see https://x.ai/legal/brand-guidelines).
